Wheat Flakes (25kg)

Wheat flakes are obtained from the kernels of Triticum aestivum L. subsp. aestivum of the Poaceae family. The grains are cleaned, graded, flaked by steaming and dried. The flakes are yellow to brownish in color. Odor and taste are close to pure aroma, typical of cereals, sharp, pleasant, not musty, bitter or rancid.
