Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the website operated by Brewpark SAS (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of this website is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who wish to access or use our website.

Reproduction of website content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior consent of Brewpark SAS. All third-party materials and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

Security

Our website and online shopping checkout are secure and protected by top-notch SSL encryption technology. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your web site is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form — typically credit-card information — is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When you access a site secured with SSL using your browser, a lock symbol displays in the browser window indicating that the website is secure.

Pricing

All prices shown are in euros (€), VAT exclusive and without any delivery charges.

Brewpark SAS reserves the right to alter prices on the website without prior notice. When your order is accepted, the price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is received will be accepted and honoured as correct.

Payment

Brewpark SAS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared.

An automated e-mail confirmation of the order will be sent to the customer’s registered e-mail address. Brewpark SAS reserves the right to review and/or cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.

Cancellation of Orders

In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, most orders will be shipped the next business day after order details have been verified and payment has been received. If customers would like to cancel an order, they are requested to contact Brewpark SAS as soon as possible. Requests for cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis and Brewpark SAS will exercise its sole discretion in determining whether an order placed through the site may be cancelled.
