Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website operated by Brewpark SAS (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who uses or accesses the website.

Reproduction of any site content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Brewpark SAS. All third-party trademarks and materials remain the property of their owners.

Security

Our website and online checkout are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) ensures that information submitted through the website is encrypted and cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties. When a website form is SSL-secured, information such as credit card details is encrypted using a certificate key and decrypted after transmission. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€), excluding VAT and delivery charges.

Brewpark SAS reserves the right to change prices without notice. The price shown at the time your order is accepted will be honored as correct.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared.

An automated order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Brewpark SAS reserves the right to review or cancel any order that contains unverifiable information.

Order Cancellation

Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment and order details are verified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be evaluated individually, and Brewpark SAS reserves the right to determine whether an order may be cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

We recommend that customers inspect all goods upon receipt, before removing any labels or disposing of packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a credit or exchange of equal value, excluding shipping costs.

We cannot accept goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.
Delivery and return shipping fees are not refundable unless the product is faulty.

We may refuse a return or exchange if you do not contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted with prior written notification sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to:

Indicate the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or refund.

Goods that have been used, altered, damaged, or have had labels removed will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent to the above address.

Refunds

Once we receive the goods within the required timeframe and they pass quality checks, we will process your refund. Refunds will be made in the original payment method within 30 days of the initial request sent by email.

Returned items will be refunded to the original purchaser, including VAT but excluding shipping costs. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

If the returned goods are not acceptable for refund or exchange, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Brewpark SAS reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange for items that are used or damaged.

Product Availability

We strive to keep products in stock at all times, but occasional supply delays may occur. High demand, limited editions, or factors beyond our control may cause temporary or permanent unavailability. If this happens, we will inform you of the delay, its expected duration, and offer alternatives.

Specifications shown on the site, such as hop alpha ratings or malt EBC color ratings, are indicative only. The specifications of the product you receive may differ.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim, damage, loss, or expense relating to the supply of goods or services is limited to the price you paid for those goods or services, unless otherwise required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewpark SAS shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any loss of profits, or any consequential, indirect, or special damages, even if informed of the possibility of such damages.

Each party agrees that these liability limitations are essential to the agreement between the parties. No party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government action, terrorism, natural disasters, labor issues, power failures, or internet disruptions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This website and any contract for purchases from Brewpark SAS are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts (Tribunal de commerce de Reims). Laws of any other country do not apply.
