Oat Flakes (25kg)

White hulled oat flakes are obtained from the seeds of Avena sativa, a member of the Poaceae family. The seeds are cleaned, hulled down to the kernel, flaked by steaming and dried. The flakes are white to yellowish in color. The flakes should not taste rancid or bitter, but rather pleasant and typical of cereals.
