Monofoam (25kg)

Monofoam is a sequestrant-rich alkaline detergent designed for washing open surfaces in all sectors of the food, beverage and oenological industries.

Monofoam easily removes even stubborn organic residues from surfaces, while the presence of hardness controls enables powerful sequestration of mineral salts.

This formulation allows the need for an acid descaling phase to be extended over time.

Monofoam is particularly suitable for all cleaning operations requiring the removal of limescale and protein deposits from surfaces, such as milkstone and calcium oxalate.

Physical appearance: slightly cloudy yellow liquid

pH (1% solution): 12.0 ± 0.5

Relative density at 20°C: 1.20 ± 0.05

DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

Apply Monofoam as a foam application, after initial rinsing, at a concentration varying between 3 and 6% depending on the type and quantity of soiling. Use as a cold solution on non-hot surfaces.

After 10-15' of contact, rinse with potable water until all detergent residues have been completely removed.

Avoid prolonged contact (>1 hour) with surfaces.
