The regional origin "Hauts-de-France" of our malt "Pilsen HDF" meets the growing needs of traceability of our brewers. Classified as a base malt, this Pilsen brings soft and subtle notes of local malt aromas and has a straw yellow to slightly golden color. It can be used for 100% malt contribution in all types of beer and is a perfect support for special malts.
