  • DistilaMax CN® was selected in Brazil by the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in collaboration with Lallemand.

    Due to its ability to perform well with cane juice and sugarcane molasses, DistilaMax CN is suitable for the production of all types of complex and aromatic rums including agricultural rum.

    DistilaMax CN has a complex and well-balanced aromatic profile due to the production of essential aromatic esters and phenyl-2-ethanol.

    DistilaMax CN has good osmotic stress tolerance and performs well under difficult conditions, at elevated temperatures up to 40°C and in the pH range of 3.4 to 5.5.
