Top-fermenting yeast of Belgian origin selected for the production of a wide range of Ale beers such as Abbey beers (Enkel, Dubbel, Tripel & Quadrupel) Belgian Pale, Dark Strong Ale, Belgian Blonde and Pale Ale.
This yeast confers a complex, yet clean, aromatic profile with delicate phenolic notes enriched by ripe fruit aromas. FERMOALE Bel-Abbey has a good attenuation capacity and ferments very quickly; its flocculation capacity is average.
