Description

DistilaBact™ LP is a strain of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum specifically selected to control the development of sour mash during spirits production. It can be added directly to the mash in co-inoculation with the yeast (we recommend DistilaMax GW), or a few hours after the yeast dose has been added.
