X5S/S is a single-phase alkaline liquid detergent with high sequestering power. X5S/S is used in brewhouses, fermentation tanks and warehouses to remove particularly stubborn organic soiling.

In addition, it is also effective against inorganic residues such as bier stein and calcareous residues in general. As a result, X5S/S significantly reduces the frequency of acid washings.

X5S/S is particularly effective in removing organic, polyphenol-based fouling found on the rims of boiling tanks, whirlpools, decanters or fermentation crowns. 

Thanks to its low-surfactant formulation, X5S/S reduces the risk of deposits on walls when used at high temperatures, and ensures perfect detersion and discoloration.

What's more, the absence of foam makes rinsing easier and guarantees optimum homogeneity in the aqueous phase.

Dosage and directions for use:

X5S/S is recommended for cleaning heavily soiled or colored surfaces. It has been specially designed for rapid CIP action, but can also be used for manual brushing in compliance with user safety standards.

Concentration: 1 to 3%, depending on substrate condition and frequency of use.

Operating tmperature: ambient up to 90°C.
