Knowing and choosing your brewing water is one of the most important steps in beer production. In partnership with Murphy&Son we offer you:
to analyze your water (Calcium, Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, pH, total hardness (CaCO3 equivalent), alkalinity (CaCO3 equivalent), nitrates)
to provide you with recommendations for the treatment of your mash water
In this package you will find:
a sample tube for your water
a form to indicate the name of your brewery
a pre-paid envelope to send the sample directly to the laboratory
Procedure:
Fill the sample tube with your brewing water
Write your name on the tube and on the form to be sent back
Return the whole (tube + form) in the pre-addressed envelope
+/- 15 days after sending, you will receive by mail a detailed report of the analysis as well as recommendations for modification of the water for the production of 3 types of beers (Pales, Stouts and Lagers)
