Description

Colloidal silica solution with selective reactivity. Enables clarification of hot wort by retaining haze‑forming potential in the trub cone. Improves colloidal stability, yeast sedimentation during conditioning, and beer filterability.

Recommended dosage: Add to the kettle 5–15 min before the end of the boil. 15–30 g/hL hot wort.
