Its high reactivity towards enzymes (laccase, lipoxygenase) facilitates the wort clarification process, preserving both the beer’s polyphenolic level and preventing oxidation. Gallobrew does not alter the colour of the beer, but it eliminates sulfur notes and other undesirable aromas.
Uses:
- Prevents oxidation and produces fresher beers,
- Improves the protein rate in the whirlpool,
- Also usable in the carafe.
