Name : Cardamomi fructus tot.
Cardamom seeds are used whole or ground to spice up wheat beers, blonde or brown beers, spicy red and Christmas beers... This spice is very strong and can be used to flavour your beers with a minty touch. It should be introduced before the end of the boiling process, during the hopping process, or with dry-hopping method. We do not recommend using it during the primary fermentation, as its taste will be too strong and the beer will be very difficult to drink.
