  • High-fermentation yeast strain ideal for the production of New England IPA (NEIPA), Double Hazy IPA and Hazy pale ale. It produces beers with an opalescent appearance and a balanced aroma profile, with notes of tropical fruit supported by a sweet finish. The aromatic contribution of this yeast perfectly complements the flavor profile of hopped beers.

    Production parameters

    Beer styles: All contemporary cloudy/sweet ales (e.g. NEIPA/Hazy IPAs / Juicy IPAs

    IPAs, Double Hazy IPAs and Hazy pale ales).

    Fermentation temperature: 16-23°C.

    Apparent attenuation: 75-80%.

    Flocculation and sedimentation: Medium-low

    Alcohol tolerance: 9-11%.

    H2S production: Low

    STA1: Negative

    Recommended doses

    40-80 g/hL cold must at 16-23°C.
