FERMO Brew Citrus is an aromatic yeast obtained by hybridization. It can be used to produce special beers characterized by a complex aromatic profile with citrus and vegetal notes. Thanks to its low nutrient requirement, this yeast confers a pleasant organoleptic profile from the very first stages of fermentation. This particular characteristic also makes it possible to produce beers with little or no alcohol, using the method of interrupting fermentation by reducing the temperature of the fermentation tank (<0.5%vol). However, a specific nutrient from the FERMOPLUS range can be used to accentuate the aromatic citrus and vegetal notes.
