Adding Ox (10KG)

Adding OX is a liquid additive for alkaline washing solutions, helping to remove stubborn organic dirt present in all sectors of the food industry.

Adding Adding OX to alkaline washing solutions improves the detergent efficiency of the system by reducing washing times.

Adding OX can be added to automatic dosing systems in proportion to the alkaline washing solution. Ensure that the oxygen generated can be evacuated by the system.

• Physical appearance: clear, colorless liquid
• pH (1% solution at 20°C): 7.0 +/- 0.5
• Relative density at 20°C: 1.20 +/- 0.05 g/mL
• Phosphorus (P) content: < 1 g/kg

The concentration indicated for use of Adding OX is between 0.2 and 0.3%, dosed as a caustic detergent solution and used at temperatures above 60°C. The exact concentration depends on the type of application and contamination present. Adding should be carried out in CIP systems, ensuring that there is no pressure inside the system. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

It is not advisable to keep systems full in the presence of water containing chloride concentrations in excess of 50 mg/L.
